Full Journal pdf2009-04-19 House Journal Page 1153 SCR 9 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 102, relating to the Uniform Commercial Code, to the general provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, to documents of title under the Uniform Commercial Code, to the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, to lease-purchases of personal property, to the contractual duty to act fairly and in good faith, and to carrier, warehouse, and animal care liens; and amending Rules 403 and 902, Alaska Rules of Evidence. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SCR 9 pass the House?"
